Registering and logging in
You must provide correct personal data when you register to cricketjito.in You may register a maximum of one team in total and, consequently, may not register several teams under different names. Your registration and your account is personal and may not be transferred to or be used at any time by any third party. You will log in to cricketjito.in by using your personal log in data. You are responsible for properly safeguarding the confidentiality of such data and you will be entirely responsible for all measures taken in the use of your account. You should notify cricketjito.in Ltd without delay if you suspect unauthorised access by a third party to your account.
If you are under the age of 18 you may not register to play cricketjito.in If you are above the age of 16 but under the age of 18 you need to to obtain permission from your legal guardian in order to to register and use cricketjito.in
Playing cricketjito.in
In playing cricketjito.in you undertake strict adherence to the said state rules. In particular, you may not:
i) cheat in any way or encourage others to do so, such as trying to decipher the passwords of other users or try, in any other way, to spoil the enjoyment or game experience of other users,
ii) use the Forums service or other parts of cricketjito.in to a) threat, insult or slander either other users or cricketjito.in Ltd or its employees, volunteers, agents, partners or sub-contractors, b) spam or otherwise send larger quantities of unsolicited messages to users or Forums or use The Game for any commercial purposes unless express permission has been given by cricketjito.in Ltd or c) take or encourage others to take measures which involve or constitute infringements of Intellectual Property Rights, agitation, incitement to racial hatred or other criminal activity, distribution of child pornography or other criminal content, descriptions of violence or which are otherwise in violation of applicable laws and regulations,
iii) attempt to assimilate, steal or sabotage cricketjito.in Ltd property (including without limitation servers, software, game data and other copyright protected material) or encourage others to do so or act in breach of your user license below, for example by scanning the site, by creating, using or distributing applications that automate parts of the game or by including parts of the site at other sites or in other applications,a
iv) attempt to fetch information that is not linked on the site, or trying to post data in a similar fashion,
v) navigate the site or access information from the site in any other way than using a browser or using a CHPP-approved application (as applicable).
cricketjito.in Ltd reserves the right to change the design, scope and functional content of cricketjito.in and/or to change the pricing of the products and services offered relating to cricketjito.in
Use on behalf of organisation
If you use our website or expressly agree to these terms and conditions in the course of a business or other organisational project, then by so doing you bind both:
(a) yourself; and
(b) the person, company or other legal entity that operates that business or organisational project,
to these terms and conditions, and in these circumstances references to “you” in these terms and conditions are to both the individual user and the relevant person, company or legal entity, unless the context requires otherwise.
Cancellation and suspension of account
We may:
(a) edit your account details;
(b) temporarily suspend your account; and/or
(c) cancel your account,
at any time in our sole discretion, providing that if we cancel any services you have paid for and you have not breached these terms and conditions, you will be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid to us in respect of those services that were to be provided by us to you after the date of such cancellation; we will give you reasonable written notice of any cancellation under this Section 8.1.
You may cancel your account on our website using your account control panel on the website. You will not be entitled to any refund if you cancel your account.
Conduct
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by cricketjito.in By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to:
abuse, harass, impersonate, intimidate or threaten other cricketjito.in users;
post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any Content that are infringing, libellous, defamatory, abusive, offensive, obscene, pornographic or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party;
use the Service for any unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any applicable law, including intellectual property laws;

infringe upon the intellectual property rights of cricketjito.in its users, or any third party;

post, email, transmit, upload, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed or functioning to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
use any robot, spider, scraper, sniping software or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose (except for RSS feed access) without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: (1) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (2) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service or any activities conducted on the Service; or (3) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service;

advertise to, or solicit, any user to buy or sell any products or Service, or use any information obtained from the Service in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent;
sell or otherwise transfer your profile;
attempt to influence the play in any sports event that is the subject of a competition on cricketjito.in in which you are involved or in which you have a direct or indirect interest.
Violation of our rules may result in the removal of your Content from the Service and/or the cancelling of your account. You acknowledge and agree that cricketjito.in may remove any User Content and terminate any cricketjito.in account at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such User Content).
